Women now bearing the burden of schools fees

DURING this time of the year (January to March), parents and guardians, especially those with children who qualify to grade eight and grade 10, have an obligation to pay school or user fees for them.
While there are some companies or institutions which provide education allowance for their employees’ children, some parents work for companies which do not give education allowance and apart from not providing them with such an incentive, they pay them slave wages and they have to struggle to see that their children go to school come what may.
There are many other parents who do not work for any company and although they are self employed some being marketeers, the money they make is not enough for them to do much either for themselves or for their families but they have to fulfill their obligations of ensuring that they pay school fees for their children.
