THE Lusaka High Court has quashed an 18-year jail term slapped on former ministry of Health human resource officer Henry Kapoko and two others for theft by public servant and money laundering involving K6.8 million.
Judge Mathew Chisunka, sitting with judges Catherine Lombe Phiri and Ruth Chibabuka quashed the mode which Magistrate Exnorbit Zulu used when jailing the trio to nine years for theft by public servant and another nine years for money laundering to run consecutively.
