Govt explains bullish Kwacha

THE Government has attributed the continued stability and recent appreciation of the Kwacha against the United States (US) dollar to K21.39 from K22.64 in three weeks to foreign exchange supply and improvements in market expectations. Secretary to the Treasury Fredson Yamba says the Kwacha has appreciated to K21.39 to a dollar as at yesterday from K22.64 on July 1, 2021.
