LUSAKA Province Chess Association (LPCA) chairperson Benjamin Mulenga has been summoned to a disciplinary case hearing after objecting to the Chess Federation of Zambia’s (CFZ) decision for players to pay affiliation fees directly to the national mother body.
Mulenga had urged the CFZ to stop collecting membership fees from individual players saying it is illegal and unconstitutional.
