A SOUTH African firm, Clear View Security Solutions, has introduced a new product called Clear view transparent burglar bars on the Zambian market.
Company marketing executive Thamae Molapo said Clear bars were very affordable, effective and available with an integrated alarm sensor.
He said the product was going to improve the security status of people in Zambia.
He said the transparent burglar bar was made from Polycarbonate which was the strongest thermoplastic available in the world with a tensile of up to 3,000 kilogrammes depending on thickness in comparison with 12 mm mild steel bar with a
tensile of 300Kg.
Mr Molapo said the product was available with an integrated alarm sensor and that, the product had a unique and patented design.
He said the specially designed alarm wire was installed as part of the transparent burglar bar and it is permanently activated 24 hours a week(24/7) making the property retain its modern aesthetics with the new and innovative
He said the product was less intrusive and stronger than conventional steel and ensured that no light or view was lost.
