The six among them, a 43-year-old woman, were arrested by the Police from a named guest house.
North-Western Province Commissioner of Police Eugene Sibote confirmed the arrest of the six in an interview yesterday.
The suspects were arrested on Monday night around 22:30 hours following a police raid on the guesthouse where they were trying to sell the animal horns to some people.
The suspects are Chinyama Kayombo, 28, of Kyawama Township in Solwezi, Raphael Makumba, 29, of Natukumo area in Shang’ambo District, Mweemba Kanyama, 41, Mongu, and Likigi Mbangu, 29 also of Mongu.
