THE Israel-based duo of defender Emmanuel Mbola and striker Evans Kangwa are trading on thin ice as they only have today to join the Chipolopolo squad in camp in South Africa or risk missing out from the 2015 Orange Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals party.
Mbola and Kangwa are the only two players from the provisional 27-man squad that coach Honour Janza called who are yet to camp.
FAZ communications manager Nkweto Tembwe confirmed yesterday that the two were not in camp yet and were being expected to link up with the rest of the 25 players.
Janza is expected to name his final 23-man squad for the AFCON after tomorrow’s friendly match against South Africa.

The Chipolopolo players were given a day of rest on New Year’s day to reflect on 2015 and the assignments that lie ahead of the team at the AFCON finals in Equatorial Guinea.
After a full day’s rest, Chipolopolo got back to work yesterday with skipper Stoppila Sunzu joining the squad in training in Johannesburg.
All but one of the 25 players were involved in contact training at the University of Johannesburg training ground where the team has set base.
Junior international striker Patrick Ngoma had a slight knock on his ankle and was subjected to light training alone as other players went into contact football.
Tomorrow, Zambia takes on South Africa in a high profile international friendly match at Orlando Stadium.
The much anticipated match against a South Africa side on a high and made it to Africa Cup without losing a match kickoff is at 15:00 hours.
Janza’s men are expected back in Zambia on January 10 before heading to Equatorial Guinea ahead of the kicks off of AFCON on January 17.
Zambia, the 2012 AFCON champions, are in Group B with two other former winners, DR Congo and Tunisia as well as familiar foe, Cape Verde..
