Mr Kanganja told journalists at City Airport in Lusaka yesterday that investigations into sabotage cases were still ongoing and that all those who had been apprehended would appear in court soon.
“That matter is still under investigation, we will only comment after we are done with the investigations, but otherwise we still have them in custody. The number has even increased to 12. We will inform you
accordingly, once we are ready, it will be very soon,” he said.
Mr Kanganja told journalists at a media briefing on July 15, this year, that joint investigations into the City Market inferno conducted by experts from the Zambia Police Service, Zesco and Fire Brigade revealed that the fire was an act of arson and not an electrical fault.
