By SANDRA MWILA –
POWER Dynamos have signed defender Isac Shamujompa on a three years deal but Nchanga Rangers have declared the player absent without  official leave (AWOL)
And the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) have postponed the Disciplinary Committee hearing concerning Nkana striker Walter Bwalya.
Nchanga Rangers president Yotam Kapai in a statement yesterday declared Shamujompa AWOL and that they will investigate his move to Power Dynamos.Power-Dynamos logo
Kapai urged the Nchanga supporters to remain calm as they investigate who facilitated the players move to Power.
He said the kind of football administration being exhibited by Intersport  Academy of Kabwe was regrettable .
“One wonders how a player who has not been cleared on the system be registered with another club. One wonders how a player who belongs to another club be made to sign a contract without following the due process required by FIFA rules and regulations,”Kapai said.
He added that Shamujompa was being advised wrongly by conmen and that they will destroy his football career.
“As a club, we have invested heavily in the player and we shall not tolerate such gross indiscipline that brings the club into disripute,” Shamujompa said.
Power secretary Ricky Mamfunda declined to comment on the matter and referred all querries to Intersport Academy.
Meanwhile, FAZ postponed the disciplinary meeting yesterday stating that Walter had a bereavement.
FAZ last week summoned Nkana to appear before the DC for attacking the football governing body in the media.
Walter has been at the centre of controversy following revelations that he was playing in the league without an International Transfer Certificate (ITC)  from Congolese side Lubumbashi Sports.
