VICE-PRESIDENT WK. Mutale-Nalumango has said that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) programme has given the country an opportunity to restructure the debt and start expanding Zambia’s economy.
Speaking during a public rally in Ndola’s Kabushi Constituency yesterday, Ms Mutale-Nalumango also assured residents of Kabushi that the Government would look into the law that requires residents to pay about K3,000 for title deeds of the houses that were purchased at a cost of K10, under late President Frederick Chiluba’s MMD administration, as there was nothing wrong in changing the law.
