Refrain from risky behaviour, Veep urges young people

VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale-Nalumango has urged adolescents and young people in Zambia to refrain from high-risk behaviours that predispose them to contracting HIV.
Statistics indicate that adolescents and young people account for 50 per cent of the recorded new annual HIV infections, translating into approximately 90,000 of those aged between 10 and 19 that were living with the virus and half of them were on Antiretroviral Therapy (ART).
