LUSAKA golfer Sydney Wemba at the weekend won the Professional Golf Association of Zambia (PGAZ)’s Zamtel Pro- Am Tournament by a staggering 13 shots after two rounds at his home golf course.
In a tournament that attracted Zambia’s top golfers, Wemba was a cut above the rest, emerging as the best player on both days.
But he will thank the first score of a five-under-par 68 for creating a gap between him and the rest before playing a level-par 73 on day-two.
This gave him a two-round total of five-under-par 141.
