HEALTH authorities in Livingstone and Kazungula are struggling to manage the more than 1,000 quarantined cross-border truckers, some of whom are said to be willfully breaking the anti-coronavirus regulations.
Southern Province Permanent Secretary Mwangala Liomba says the provincial administration has no capacity and facilities to accommodate the 803 truck drivers quarantined in Kazungula and 200 in Livingstone.
