PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has declared that no one will be jailed for merely criticising his United Party for National Development (UPND) Government.
Mr Hichilema said incarcerating critics of his administration would suggest that it was guilty of failure.
Speaking during Thanksgiving Mass at State House yesterday, Mr Hichilema said criticism was part of counsel.
