WATER Development and Sanitation Minister Mike Mposha has said the proliferation of borehole drilling and increased abstraction is speeding up the drop in groundwater levels. Mr Mposha said as a result, borehole yields are decreasing and many wells are remaining dry for several months of the year, thereby endangering water security.
