THE Patriotic Front (PF) and United Party for National Development (UPND) have, yet again, resolved to promote peaceful campaigns ahead of next month’s general elections by adhering to the rules and regulations governing the process.
To that effect, PF, through its Secretary General Davies Mwila and his UPND counterpart Batuke Imenda, directed their respective party members to strictly adhere to the Electoral Code of Conduct.
At a joint media briefing in Lusaka yesterday, Mr Mwila and Mr Imenda assented to the resolutions that were arrived at following a meeting with the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) and Zambia Police Service on Monday.
