BEING a resident of Ndola for so many years I feel gratified to see the great works being done by the Ndola City Council.
The streets are being cleaned on a daily basis, the robust levy collectors are working with such enthusiasm. Garbage is being collected in a style never seen in a long time.
The civic administration are now performing their duties professionally, exhibiting a rare form of vigour and resolute.
They do not make as many public statements and perhaps rightly so because like any professional, they leave this aspect to members of the public such as I am doing.
It is only fair to give credit where it is due.
Well done Ndola City Council.
