Govt seeks partial amendments to Zambia-Turkey trade deals

•MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga with his Turkish counterpart Mehmet Mus during a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the just-ended 3rd Turkey-Africa Economic and Business Forum at the Istanbul Congress Centre in Turkey last week.

GOVERNMENT will propose partial amendments to the trade and economic cooperation agreements signed between Zambia and Turkey in order to realign them to the vision of the New Dawn Government of attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
This will promote value addition to raw materials, Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga has said.
