PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema and three other heads of State have pledged and committed themselves to promote and uphold children’s rights. The other leaders are Mokgweetsi Eric Masisi of Botswana, Emmerson Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe and Hage Geingob of Namibia.
President Hichilema said it was critical that the heads of State work with children and young people to resolve issues that border on child rights and development.
