PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says it is not up to him to discuss the lifting of former president Edgar Lungu’s immunity from prosecution through Parliament but the democratically free citizens of Zambia.
And President Hichilema has challenged people with evidence of alleged corruption by Cabinet ministers to produce the evidence before law enforcement agencies.
