‘Most standard procedures in Kabwata polls adhered’

THE Christian Churches Monitoring Group (CCMG) has said most of the standard procedures for the set-up, voting and counting processes in last week’s Kabwata Parliamentary by-elections were followed.
CCMG steering committee chairperson Emmanuel Chikoya said a per cent of the polling stations, officials did not check the fingers of voters for indelible ink prior to voting and a per cent of polling stations, officials did not mark one voter’s finger with indelible ink prior to voting.
