CRITICAL departments including the mortuary, theatre and psychiatric at Ndola Teaching Hospital (NTH) are flooding as a result of leaks caused by corroded water pipes and dilapidated roofs every time it rains.
The flooding is causing the health institution to suspend scheduled operations for patients at the theatre and classes for students at the psychiatric department.
