Saudi firm challenges Zambia to partner in agro, food imports

THE Saudi Agriculture and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) has challenged Zambia to partner with Saudi Arabia in agriculture and food imports.
Global Entrepreneurship Network Zambia (GEN) Zambia acting managing director Edwin Zulu said SALIC was a government agriculture company with the initial mandate of food security since 2009.
Its mandate had been expanded to include investment and commercial agriculture and food product import and exports promotion across the globe.
