A WITNESS from the ministry of Finance has told the court that Charles Loyana, the suspected owner of the controversial 51 houses in Lusaka got 12 loans from his employer between 2006 and 2016.
Sharon Chunda, a senior accountant expenditure at the ministry told Lusaka Magistrate Faides Hamaundu who sat as Economic and Financial Crimes court that the 12 loans Loyana obtained amounted to K530,000 and that 11 of them were car loans with one amounting to about K30,000 being a house loan.
