HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo has said that 1.4 million of Zambians are living with HIV and 90 per cent of them know their status with 1.2 million on anti-retroviral treatment.
Ms Masebo said yesterday during the 2022 National HIV Testing, Counselling and Treatment (HTCT) Day that Zambia remained one of the countries hard hit by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
