THE collection of wild foods such as mushrooms, fruits and meat, among others have the potential to contribute to Zambia’s food security.
A market survey conducted by the British Ecological Society revealed that the local value chains for wild foods in Zambia had the potential to contribute to economic development.
This is according to research article titled “Wild Foods from Forest: Quantities collected across Zambia”.
