THE women’s movement has rallied behind the Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti’s stewardship of the House and admonished some opposition Members of Parliament (MPs) for their unruly conduct calculated to undermine her authority.
And Ms Mutti defended all her decisions saying she is competently discharging her functions in line with the Republican Constitution, Parliamentary Standing Orders and other procedures as established by law.
