THE Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) has handed over a dividend of K334 million to the ZCCM-Investment Holdings (ZCCM-IH).
CEC board chairperson London Mwafulilwa said the handover of the K334, 956,911.14 dividends to ZCCM-IH, the second largest investor holding 31 per cent in the company, was demonstration of its commitment to deliver value to its shareholders.
Speaking during the handover in Lusaka on Tuesday, Mr Mwafulilwa said the event also highlighted the value that public private partnerships could deliver.
