PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema is today expected to address the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate
Change (UNFCCC) High-Level Segment for Heads of State and Government in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
President Hichilema’s attendance to the COP 28 is at the invitation of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Chief Communications Specialist at State House Clayson Hamasaka said in a statement that the President is also slated to deliver a keynote address on behalf of the African Group of Negotiators on Climate Change (AGN).
