PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema and technical experts are working expeditiously to conclude the Mopani Copper Mines (MCM) issue saying he hopes it will be done before the end of the year and even before Christmas.
President Hichilema said it was important for Zambians to see MCM revived and become operational.
The President said this at State House in Lusaka yesterday when he met a delegation of the Zambia Red Cross Society.
