MOVEMENT for Multiparty Democracy (MMD) president Nevers Mumba has lamented the elevation of tribal rhetoric in pursuit of political power by some opposition political leaders, saying that it reveals the bankruptcy of morals of such politicians.
Dr Mumba said at a Press briefing in Lusaka yesterday that the continuous use of the tribal card to advance the political agenda of some opposition leaders was a clear failure to offer alternative policies to the current government.
