Stakeholders upbeat about economic prospects

STAKEHOLDERS are upbeat about this year’s economic prospects in Zambia because of the various economic policies which the government put in place in 2023 and before.
Economic expert Victor Siambuli has predicted a strong economic growth for 2024 while Lupuala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) president Emmanuel Munsanje says this year’s economic outlook is positive.
Mr Siambuli said in an interview that the country will have a strong economic growth this year following Government’s implemented policies in 2023 which centred on fostering economy-wide productive capacities and structural economic transformation.
