MAINTAINING regional peace, stability and security is the responsibility of every democratically elected African leader.
And Zambia and all the regional bodies are resolved and determined to see that peace is maintained in Africa.
Speaking in Livingstone at the Africa Land Forces Summit (ALFS) in Livingstone yesterday, President Hakainde Hichilema said that Africa’s inability or sources of instability were triggered by various factors some of which were to do with heritage, historical, cultural, geographical and economic and social challenges.
