VICE-PRESIDENT W.K Mutale-Nalumango has expressed concern that the country may experience further crop failure from the regions that had good rains but are now experiencing flooding.
Ms Mutale-Nalumango has since appealed to institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to help Zambia with support to implement early warning weather systems so as to avert the impact of climate change phenomena such as El- Nino.
