MOBILE service provider MTN Zambia has launched a loyalty programme dubbed Yako ni Yako.
In a statement issued yesterday by MTN Zambia corporate services department the programme takes a lottery format in which MTN customer numbers will be randomly drawn to stand a chance to win prizes starting from K5 talk-time up to K200,000 cash daily.
“There is need for the corporate world to show appreciation and reward various stakeholders for their contribution in the growth of respective businesses and this has to be done consistently. Over the years, MTN Zambia has grown to become a leading communications solutions provider and we owe this to our customers. We shall continue to show appreciation by rewarding them for their loyalty.
MTN Zambia has been consistent in introducing innovative and exciting customer centric programmes.
“We refresh our customer promotions throughout the year creating an opportunity for all our customers to win and make a positive change in their lives. With Yako ni Yako all our pre paid customers stand a chance to win up to K200, 000,” said the statement.
Under the Yako ni Yako programme, pre-paid customers are required to send the letters MTN to 558 charged at K1.80n. MTN will then conduct a random draw from its customer base to pick a lucky 096 customer number for the day. The drawn number will then be matched to any of the numbers that was charged for that day.
Seven matching numbers wins K200,000 Six matching numbers wins K10,000 and five matching numbers wins K5,000 cash.
Other prizes in talk-time are four matching numbers for K25 talk-time, three matching numbers for 10 talk-time and K5 talk-time for two matching numbers.
Customers who subscribe for this programme will be charged K1.80n daily. Only charged numbers will be entered for the draw.
