THE Kitwe High Court has sentenced a security guard to 25 years imprisonment with hard labour for sodomising a seven-year-old boy.
High Court Judge Dominic Sichinga sent to jail Marvin Mpanza, of Chimwemwe Township after finding him guilty of unnatural offences.
Mpanza had carnal knowledge of the boy against the order of nature between January 2011 and May 2013.
The boy had testified that on a particular day while playing with his friend, Mpanza approached them and directed them to accompany him behind Nkana College.
The court heard that the accused person then removed his trousers and directed the boys to start playing with his manhood and later sucked it.
The boy had further told the court that after doing what he was told he felt nausea and started vomitting and it was then that Mpanza sodomised him.
He told the court that after some time, he started feeling unwell and he informed his mother about what Mpanza had done to them and the matter was then reported to the police.
