Local content comes to Zambezi Magic

Are you looking for some sizzle to add onto your television viewing experience?
Well, look no further because DStv’s Zambezi Magic has a sizzler of a line-up of the best in home-brewed entertainment.
Since the channel launched over four months ago, it has worked to ensure it galvanises the participation of local audiences and content providers.
“We have been busy on the ground…from roundtables with local producers to recent call-outs for scripts,” says Head of Zambezi Magic Addiel Dzinoreva.
“We have content that our audiences are proud of and can also identify with.It gives us such a pleasure to be able to present this amazing line-up that will continue to reflect the stories and different lifestyles of Zambians,” says Dzinoreva.
Some of the programmes to look forward to include Zambia’s very own Kumwesu.
This brand new thirty-minute lifestyle and entertainment show showcases the beauty of Africa; holiday destinations. It encourages entrepreneurship as well as one-on-one interviews.
It is available from  November  3 at 20:30 CAT.
Then of course there is the ever-popular ZED Top Ten: a weekly music series that counts down Zambia’s top ten music videos. Viewers participate by choosing their weekly favourites online and it airs on Fridays at 20:30 CAT.
From Malawi comes the drama called Choices. This is a drama series set in middle class Malawi.
Four friends get together to provide support, listen to each other, vent about life and love and have fun as they go through life’s trials and tribulations.
This production is available from November 4 at 18:00 CAT.
