ROAD traffic officers need to allow traffic flow freely whenever there is an international soccer match at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
Briefcase noted that intead of controling traffic, officers were seen checking licences and scrutinising drivers right at the stadium.
Much as it is true that all vehicles must be roadworth, inspecting licences and scrutinising drivers at a time like that further causes confussion.
