BRIEFCASE has commended the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) for grading filling stations according to the quality of fuel being offered to customers.
Most filling stations in Ndola have been given grade markings with A, representing very good and B, representing good.
Customers will be able to know which petroleum station has good fuel and which ones to refuel from.

BRIEFCASE has expressed concern at the service offered by staff at After Ten Restaurant and Take away at Broadwalk shopping complex in Ndola.
Despite the restaurant having a good number of staff, mostly women, food takes long to be prepared. The staff is also in a habit of mixing up orders.
Some customers have called for seriousness among the members of staff some of whom are mostly seen loitering behind the counter as customers wait in vain.
