THE advent of the festive season has made livestock traders in Lusaka cash in on the sale of goats whose prices have risen by as much as 200 per cent.
Some goat traders interviewed in Chibolya Township yesterday said they had been overwhelmed by the number of customers scrambling for goats especially in the past week.
They said sales had increased from the usual 10 goats per day per trader to as many as 30 within a day.
