Multi-AWARD winning and celebrated Zambian gospel artistes Pompi, Mag44 and Abel Chungu have been nominated in this year’s Kenya Gospel Music Awards.
This is the first time the Zambian Gospel giants have been nominated at this year’s award which happen to be the 11 edition of the Groove Awards.
The multi-talented Zambian trio  that have been nominated as individual artistes will have to face it off with the likes of Benjamin Dube, Joyous Celebration both from South Africa and Tembelami from Zimbabwe.
The Zambians are in the category of the “Southern Africa Artist of the Year”.
This is according to a Press Release by Groove Awards.
With an attractive theme “Come as you are,” the awards will focus on the message of God’s love, grace and forgiveness which encourages unity in the face of divisions that threaten to divide the nation.
Public voting is now open and will run until 31st May 2016.
