NKWASHI Estate will make part of the 3,100 acre development available to Zambians living in the Diaspora.
The Estate is a mixed-use development with over 8,400 residential plots planned, as well as a university, schools, a hospital, several public parks, lakes, a shopping mall, recreation areas and a business park.
Situated approximately 33 kilometres from Crossroads Shopping Centre and three kilometres off Leopards Hill Road, Nkwashi offers stylish and affordable housing designs within a safe residential community.
Developed by Thebe Investment Management, Nkwashi offers residential plots in various sizes to suit individual budgets.
According to a statement issued in Lusaka yesterday, being amongst the largest planned mixed use and mixed income residential estates in all of Africa, Nkwashi was making part of the 3,100 acre development available to Zambians living in the Diaspora.
“Nkwashi is opening its doors to Zambians living abroad by affording ‘diasporians’ an equal opportunity to be a part of its satellite city development in Lusaka East.
With an office already established in the United Kingdom (UK) and another one soon to be launched in South Africa, Zambians would have real time access to the procuring of fully serviced land in the estate,” indicated the statement.
