Instead of providing warm water to the customers given the coldness, they are serving the meals with cold water for washing hands.
The owners of such restaurants and other eateries should start providing warm water to their customers, given the weather condition.

STILL in Kitwe, the city is currently experiencing high prices of onion, a special ingredient in any type of relish but the cost has almost doubled due to the low supply of the commodity.
Garden farmers should take advantage of the situation to grow more onions and gain business from the growing demand of the commodity.
They should become business-minded as to anticipate the demand of commodities to prepare adequately for the boom.
