WATER and Sanitation Minister Mike Mposha says the Government has prioritised water supply to health institutions for them to have 24-hour service to counter the cholera pandemic.
Mr Mposha said his ministry was working with the Ministry of Health to ensure that there was sufficient water supply in all the health facilities and in residential areas as it was one of the measures the Government had put in place to combat cholera.
Mr Mposha also lashed out at Economic and Equity Party (EEP) leader Chilufya Tayali for claiming that Levy Mwanawasa Teaching Hospital did not have water supply and that the facility was using mineral water on patients.
