PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says Zambians should move away from the rhetoric of saying the country has potential to enhance its agricultural productivity by taking practical steps to utilise the abundant natural resources.
President Hichilema said it was time to act instead of continuing to say Zambia was endowed with water bodies, favourable weather, arable land and fertile soils, among other related requirements to enable enhanced productivity.
