INGREDIENTS
300g kidney
450g rice
10g rice spice
400ml chicken stock
50ml cooking oil
Salt
Water
UTENSILS
1 saucepan/ clay pot
1 knife
1 bowl
1 chopping board
METHOD
1. Wash hands
2. Pick and wash rice and strain it
3. Fry rice for 5 minutes
4. Add stock and salt then cook for 15 minutes
5. Wash kidney and remove any fat
6. Cut into very small cubes and bring to the boil. Cook until tender
7. Mix the cooked kidney to the rice
Serve warm with, meat, poultry, pork or game
