DEFENDING champion Sylvester Mwila has declared that he will scoop a record seventh Mr Zambia Body Building title on December 11 and bragged that currently he has no stiff competitor.
Mwila said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that there was no body-builder at the moment who could overthrow him from his throne.
He said he had prepared adequately for the championship and hoped other body builders had done just that because he was ready to put up a good show.
“I am very ready to defend the Mr Zambia title and my fellow body builders should equally prepare because I have put in my best and I will get the seventh title,” Mwila, the six-time Mr Zambia champion, said.
He said it would be difficult for other competitors to wrestle the title from him and advised them to be focused and train hard.
“My fellow body builders should be focused and train hard for them to win Mr Zambia.It is not easy for a tall guy like me to be masculine and well defined. I put in a lot for me to get this far,” Mwila said.
Zambia Body Building and Fitness Federation (ZBBFF) has unveiled a K70,000 budget to host the event.
The Federation has so far raised K30, 000 and appealed to the corporate world to come on board and help ZBBFF meet the budget.
Mr Zambia returns on the 2015 calendar after disappearing last year due to financial constraints.
