Pamodzi Hotel recently hosted the launch of the Evelyn Hone College distance learning programme dubbed Open, Distance, Flexible Learning (ODFL) in collaboration with Astria Learning.
The occasion was graced by the Jexi Band which punctuated the programme by entertaining the audience to modern beats of classic and Kalindula music.
Taking turns to entertain the guests was singer Siphelile Msoni who was first on stage.
Siphelile brought back the good old days with a rendition of Mate, originally sung by the late Joyce Nyirongo.
That song sent members of the audience onto the dance floor.
Binda Kafutubele was next in line as he performed modern tunes, with a classic vibe attached to them.
After the ODFL programme was finally launched, keyboard player and singer Jackson was called upon to showcase his talent in performing various famous tunes on the keyboard.
Sports Minister Vincent Mwale graced the event.
